The following interest rates are currently available for mortgages with a maximum LTV of up to 80%:

• 1-year fixed rate from 4.39% p.a.
• 3-year fixed rate from 3.79% p.a.
• 4-year fixed rate from 3.99% p.a.
• 5-year fixed rate from 3.99% p.a.
• 6-year fixed rate from 4.39% p.a.
• 8-year fixed rate from 4.89% p.a.
• 10-year fixed rate from 4.89% p.a.

If you take out Payment Protection Insurance (CPI) for your home loan with your VÚB mortgage, you can get an even more favourable interest rate, reduced by 0.10% p.a.

Under the Green Mortgage scheme, the bank provides a discount on the interest rate of 0.15% p.a. for the 3-year fixed rate.

Young clients under 35 who are entitled to the tax bonus can receive a reduction in the interest rate of 0.30% p.a. for the entire first year of mortgage repayment, for a 3, 4, or 5-year fixed rate. 

For financing a property in a developer project, the bank provides a special discount on the interest rate of 0.10% p.a.
