Prima banka offers exceptional interest rates for every client, as follows:
- 3-year fixed rate from 3.40% p.a.
- 5-year fixed rate from 3.60% p.a.
If the campaign conditions are met, the bank will provide the mortgage with a discount on the fee.
For 40% of the mortgage amount, there is no need to document the purpose of the use of the funds.

Provision of mortgage
If the campaign conditions are met, the bank will provide the mortgage for a fee of €100. Otherwise, the standard fee is 1% of the mortgage amount, with a minimum of €300.
Early repayment
The actual costs related to the request for early repayment of the loan, up to a maximum of 1% of the amount repaid early, except for early repayment in connection with the expiry of the interest rate fixation period, or if the early repayment, made as a single payment or several payments, does not exceed 30% of the loan principal in total within the calendar year, and is made no more than once per calendar month.
