This overview serves as an indicative basis for your comparison. However, it is useful to know that obtaining a final mortgage offer from a bank requires a more in-depth analysis, which banks only carry out once you submit an official mortgage application.
Banks first carry out a detailed review of your payment history, the exact structure of your income and other information. If you have already chosen a property to secure the mortgage, they will need a valuation report for it. Only then can they prepare a mortgage offer, which you are not obliged to accept.
