Provision of mortgage
The mortgage provision fee is €0. The first to third drawdowns are free of charge. The fourth and any subsequent drawdown is subject to a fee of €20.
Extraordinary installment
An overpayment is free of charge once a month, provided that the total amount of overpayments does not exceed 30% of the principal within a calendar year.
Early repayment
The actual costs incurred by mBank in connection with early repayment amount to a maximum of 1% of the early-repaid amount exceeding 30% of the principal within a calendar year.
